to be helped , Right click and 'save target as'
this file => TeamViewerQS.exe  its a 994 kb size file. .
and then run from your machine* , then quote the ID for the help session and the password to your remote Helper*

Your ID and Password will be Different
to the example image on the left

(in the red circles)

when saved to your machine click it to activate it inside the red circle area.

To be the one giving help  download and install the server software here then use the ID and Password from the person needing help.

(just in case you have popup alerts* if your firewall asks for permission to allow remote access)
