I’ll say that again…

Most of us are not charging enough for what we do.

Why would that be the case do you think?

Well competitive pressures are certainly a factor.

Sometimes it is due to the method of pricing we use.

For example if you are pricing on a cost plus basis (with a set margin) you may be charging too much or too little!

Sometime as well, we find it is a case of confidence-or lack of it-in charging the price your business needs to generate the profit it needs.

Either way, why not take a step back, review your pricing and consider-Are You Charging enough for what you do?
