• Creating a Marketing Benchmark for the business and management team
• Setting clear marketing objectives
• Developing a marketing plan to achieve these objective
• Attending Monthly Management/Marketing Meetings
• Reviewing on-going marketing activities
• Providing on-going marketing advice and support
• Providing on-going email and training videos, hints and tips on key aspects of marketing
We recommend an intensive 3-6 month programme-which can be extended if required. Join our Marketing Coaching Programme £2500 plus VAT per month.
